Ideal for… a cheat meal
Restaurant name and location: TBK at Galleria Mall, Dubai
Cuisine: American and Italian inspired
Atmosphere: I went on a weekday – it was quiet and low-key. The space was beautiful though – bistro interiors, and lots of plants and greenery.
What they say: TBK is the latest concept from the same group behind The Boutique Kitchen and Asma. Nestled next door to Tasha’s in Galleria Mall, TBK will feature the freshest ingredients, offering a go-to local bistro providing comfort food as well as simple, light dishes to satisfy your appetite from dawn until dusk.

What to order:
-Corn salad, which included beans, avocado with lime dressing and comes with nachos
-TBK cheese burger with TBK sauce (a really good burger, and so juicy)
-rigatoni with Parmesan, cream and portobello : (could’ve been more al dente)
-Picatta al limone with pilaf rice

Service: 8/10

What I loved:
-By the same owners of Asma and The Boutique Kitchen. (Chef Adriano Molli)
-The chef is from Chiltern Firehouse.
-If you’re craving sloppy joes, they serve it there.

Bill for two: AED200
