Restaurant Review: The Noodle House, Dubai

Ideal for… a casual Chinese dining spot
Restaurant name and location: The Noodle House, they have branches all around the city but I went to the Emirates Towers branch as it’s one of my favorites. They have locations in Madinat Jumeirah and Dubai Mall to name a few.
Cuisine: South East Asian
Atmosphere: They always seem to get quite full, but you’ll manage a table eventually. It just depends on when you actually go.
What they say: Fun, fresh and affordable, The Noodle House in Dubai offers an exciting open kitchen that bridges the gap between fast food and fine South East Asian dining.
The enticing menu features the entire region’s favourite Asian foods including noodles and soups, wok-fried noodles and rice, and specialities such as Kung Pao chicken noodles, duck and watermelon salad, and Thai chilli prawns. At The Noodle House in Dubai, you can also take your pick from many tasty vegetarian options. Authentic and refreshing ethnic drinks, juices and cocktails complement a tantalising selection.
The Noodle House is ideal for a catch-up with friends, a family outing or even a romantic rendezvous. The atmosphere is always as lively and fun as the cuisine, so it’s not surprising that The Noodle House is one of Dubai’s favourite lunch spots.

What to order:
-Spring Rolls (The Noodle House make some of the best spring rolls in town, so this is a must order)
-Wasabi Prawns (This is new to the menu and quite flavorful)
-Sweet and sour chicken (one of their signature dishes and they still had it 10 years ago, if you like your sweet and sour, order this)
-Beef char kway teow noodles (beef and thick noodle dish, delicious and not spicy)
-Crispy Banana (a new addition to their desserts, and lovely if you like bananas and caramel)

Service: The staff are sweet, but quite systematic so I’ll give it a 7/10

What I loved:
-End July this year, they launched 28 new dishes – so the menu is quite large at the moment!
-The Noodle House is always easy, and straight to the point. Fill in the order pad and you’re good to go!
-They have the classic Chinese takeaway boxes, so don’t even worry if you don’t finish something.

What I didn’t love as much:
Their dessert menu can do with a little more additions and improvements.

Bill for two: AED200
