Ideal for… a unique all day dining experience.
Restaurant name and location: Molecule at Dubai Design District
Cuisine: Bistronomy – a culinary movement that combines bold flavors with the simple style of cooking.
Atmosphere: I went there for lunch – it was quiet but the restaurant was also two weeks old, so I’d imagine it will get busier once more restaurants open up in the area – and more people know about it.
What they say: For Molecule, collaborating means recognizing the strengths and talents of those around us, and striving to create something unique together. This is a philosophy that Molecule values highly and relies on to bring more meaning into the act of dining. Bringing together different people from different backgrounds around a table and creating a setting that allows for understanding and sharing great talents, ideas and conversations.
For several cycles of collaborations, The Third Line will curate Molecule’s Gallery Wall, presenting a careful selection of artworks that bring something new and invite discussion, curiosity and an expanded insight in to the contemporary art world.
What to order:
-Beetroot salad, fresh and refreshing.
-Beef Tartare, of the best I’ve had – highly recommended and love the smokey taste.
-Aubergine starter, which comes with labneh – perfect.

Service: The staff were very sweet – would’ve loved a more personal experience with recommendations.

What I loved:
-The design aesthetic – the attention to detail was incredible – and love the fact that they are and will be collaborating with exciting artists, so the space will constantly evolve.
-They do have an extensive cocktail menu – so I will have to come down one evening.
-If you love olives and olive oil, they only serve a special one that comes from black olives.
-They serve speciality coffee – from Seven Fortunes. Good coffee is very important to me so I do appreciate a restaurant that serves good coffee I can end my meal with for dessert.
