On my Plate: Soho Bar & Grill, Dubai

Two of my cousins just got to Dubai from the states and felt like I haven’t been to Century Village in years (it used to be the place to dine and for nights out!) I recently heard about Soho Bar & Grill and their famous burger so thought it would be the perfect dinner choice.

Restaurant name and location: Soho Bar & Grill, Century Village, Garhoud Dubai.

Cuisine: American/BBQ

Atmosphere: It was super quiet when we went on a weekday night, but I can imagine Century Village buzzing as a whole on weekends.

What they say: Famous for the big bold flavors of Dubai’s best meat and cooked-to-perfection steaks and ribs.

What to order:

Buffalo Wings

Philly cheese sandwich (as a starter, super tasty)

The Fat Cow Burger

Caprese salad

NY style flat breads with Cheese & Garlic (delicious)

New York Cheesecake (has a lemon tinge to it, so good.)

Service: The service was good, but the food was super slow.

What I loved:

-Everything has a tang of BBQ so if you like Barbecue and smoked flavours, this is for you.

-They have a lot of Combo options if you’re planning to share.

What I didn’t love as much:

-Slow, and most of the food were Fried so I’d expect less time of food wait.

-The slider burger buns were quite stale, which was a miss as I was looking forward to the burgers.

Bill for two: AED 300
