THEATRE: The famous Broadway show, Chicago is coming to Dubai!

I’m so excited to share that Chicago, one of the most prominent Broadway shows is coming to Dubai. I’ve never actually seen the show even though it has always been at the top of my list when in New York or London. Organized by YAK events, this broadway show is full of Glamour and 20’s decadence. The show is the longest running American musical in Broadway history and will be presented in Dubai from December 19th 2013 till January 3rd 2014 at the Sheikh Rashid hall, Trade Centre. Book now on with tickets starting at AED245 – definitely one to go for as those tickets will be selling out FAST.

PAMPER: Get a Warm Cocoa Butter Stone Massage at Sensasia

Sensasia is one of those spas that I always recommend to people. Nothing fancy, but you get exactly what you want from a relaxing spa appointment. Everything is also up to par from the disposable underwear, cosy towel robes, the massage bed to the post ginger tea. In time for the weather cooling down, warm up with their Cocoa Butter Stone Massage. They just opened a new branch at Al Manzil in downtown, which is right opposite Souk Al Bahar – perfect for people who live or work in Downtown and the spa is cosy, yet not one of their express ones. A 120 minutes long massage using coconut oil with hot stones to sooth and melt your muscles, followed by a massage with shea butter for intensive moisturising followed by Thai stretching to leave you ready and blissed out of the week. The treatment costs 700AED, this is definitely worth investing for.

SHOP: Boom and Mellow

I’ve always loved Boom and Mellow – the go to boutique for sweet gifts, chic costume jewellery as well as beautiful fine ones too. Even though they sell a mix of different brand ranges – it all has a kick of quirk. Boom and Mellow just opened a new branch in Town Centre and I’m loving it – The store is gorgeous, and the lighting just makes the buying experience even better. I recently curated a section in the store so make sure to drop by and check it out.
