Meet my latest obsession… Bubble tea or to be specific, Bubbleology!

I was recently invited to a tasting session and have already been back several times. Bubble tea is one of those things that are hard to explain to people… fruit/milk tea with starch balls? all I can say, is try it first then decide whether it’s your thing or not.

Personally, it was amazing. I loved the fact that you could get a great drink and have something to snack on whilst drinking – delicious too! From the fruit teas, my favorite was the Passion fruit one and Mocha from the milk tea with Tapioca and Popping Boba- I still need to try a ton of other flavors.

What I love… is the fact that the Bubbleology ‘scientists’ can actually help you customize your own tea to make sure it is catered to what you like

At the moment, they have their main branch with seating on Rupert street and a stand at Harvey Nichols, London. They have a branch opening in Notting Hill (I will probably be there everyday) as well as a few others in the works… exciting!
