Five Favorite Beauty Buys: December 2019

-Illuminator: Tom Ford soleil glow drops
I’m a sucker for illuminators. My current favorite is this one from Tom Ford Beauty in the Liquid sky shade. I’ve used it by mixing it in with my foundation, as well as just using it as a normal liquid illuminator on it’s own. A limited edition product, I love that it doesn’t have any parabens or sulfates – and has ingredients such as Aloe Leaf juice.

-Setting Spray: Make up for Ever light velvet air setting spray
The first setting spray I ever used was by Make up for Ever. The original mist is great if you’re looking for a dewy finish. However, if you’re someone like me that has combination to mostly oily skin – the new one is insane and has a shine control aspect to it.

-Huda Beauty Nymph All over body highlighter
I’m a sucker for highlighters – and one thing I always found difficult to find was something for the body. Most of the stuff I’ve tried across the past few years were either botchy, oily or greasy. Love how pigmented this one – and because it’s water based, it absorbs into the skin perfectly.

-Tinted Moisturizer: Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer
I’ve only been using tinted creams during the day, and this is my new favorite. Laura Mercier recently launched a full range of tinted moisturizers in different shades (I’ve been using Natural and Wheat, depending on how tanned my skin is)

-Skincare: Eminence Mattifying spray
Started re-using one of the first skincare brands I’ve ever – Eminence, an organic and natural skincare brand. A great refreshing spray if you have oily skin, and plus points for it having the Youth shield antioxidant complex (which is a protective complex high in antioxidants from red currant, elderflower and magnolia bark; protects skin against the abuse of elements, hydrates, invigorates and promotes the look of elasticity)
