A little update post on the Nike Run… I took part in the Nike We Run Dubai last weekend which was a great experience (including the fact that I ended up getting a flat tyre after the run). Even though I registered for the 10K run, I didn’t feel like I was ready for it and ended up going for the 5K one. Training for the run was an exciting challenge because with regular training, and challenging yourself with every run – you can do 5K,10K and even 20K if you push yourself to it. The atmosphere was fab, the weather was perfection, and I can’t wait for next year’s run!
