My Fash Guide: New York City

July 16
Comments

I love checking out new places and discovering new haunts whenever I’m in a different city and I do get questions and emails asking for recommendations so here a few of my favorite NYC places I visited when I was recently in town!

Owen NYC
super cool boutique on Washington street in West Village. I love boutiques in West Village so this is definitely a place to shop at when you’re in NYC (if you don’t already!) They sell a well edited range of different brands and also stock one of my favorite designers, Karen Walker!

Nanoosh
Organic Mediterranean restaurant that they have around New York that I am now obsessed with!  Love their Quinoa salad with chicken on top (it also comes with a doughy pita bread – wholewheat too! yum.)

American two shot
A fab store in Soho on Grand street, with a great selection of brands as well as a coffee shop within the boutique! p.s. they also stock menswear.

Starbucks Cake Pops
This goes for all of the states but I consumed a million while I was in New York. Their cake pops are one of the best I’ve had – love their Birthday cake one, the raspberry truffle is fab too! melts in your mouth kinda good…

Prada exhibition
If you will be heading to NYC before the Prada exhibition at the MET ends, this is definitely one not to miss… The gift shop is just as good too!

Baked by Melissa
Warning: Once you have, you will not stop. These are super addicting and so so so good. They are mini cupcakes that have the most satisfying fillings. My favorites include… cookie dough, red velvet, Tie-dye, Peanut Butter cup and cinnamon. P.s. they have stalls/stores all around NYC!

Max Brenners
If you love chocolate, this is one place you can’t miss! P.s. their quesadillas  are one of the best…

Schmackary’s

Delicatessen
A fun place to head to if you’re in Soho – great drinks, great dessert and have the best Peanut butter dessert and Marshmallow Gelato – yum
