On My Plate: Paramount by MFD food editor, Tamara Samman

Paramount.  Brunching on the 32nd floor with the view of the city of London, what more can you ask for?  Paramount also fortunately has a lounge deck one level above the restaurant with a sensational panoramic view! Paramount likewise boasts a spatial bar by the entrance of the restaurant, which creates a more exuberant atmosphere.

Perfect for: Cosy brunch with friends, cocktails with a friend by the bar or the lounge upstairs, or even an intimate dinner whilst gazing at London’s city lights!

Interior: Vibrant and colorful interior that absolutely complements with the shining sunlight across the large windows.  The range of paintings and artwork around the restaurant displays Paramount’s creative aspect.

Myfashdiary’s Orders: Starters: Pumpkin & Cinnamon Soup, Dressed Cornish Crab with Citrus Salad & Soft Shell Crab Tempura; Main Dish: Eggs Benedict with Mushrooms, Sage Gnocchi with Roast Butternut Squash and Pecorino & Rocket Salad; Dessert: Apple & Cinnamon Pain Perdue with Blackberry Espuma and Ripple Ice Cream.

Service: Welcoming and very willing.

Price: Its surreal view of London that you don’t get to see everyday will meet your price expectations!

Fun Facts: Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (Monday-Saturday) as and offers brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Paramount also offers Private Dining – The Red Room – for its guests – 10 or more (more information on the website).
