Chic Stay: Hotel Lumens Paris, France

As you might have remembered via Twitter – I was recently in Paris for a little trip! I’m usually in Paris for fashion week, so it was nice to visit Paris just for a normal weekend with my sister, and see the christmas decos… sans the fashion week stress.

During this trip in Paris, I stayed at a Boutique Hotel in Paris for a change (I usually stay at the George V in Paris – I will have to share the hotel with you in the next Chic stay feature!). The Lumens Paris is situated just off Saint Honore (where Colette and Costes are situated!) – which is a fab location to stay in, if you’re in Paris and to top it off, the staff were super helpful. The room was very comfortable, and great compared to the Parisian room sizes… we also got a great few of the Parisian streets, which also made great LOTD pictures! The interiors were very glam, red carpet-esque and they have their own restaurant, Oscar (see picture above) available for Breakfast, lunch and Dinner. Due to the trip being super short, I only managed to have breakfast at Oscar, and I must say it has got to be one of my favorite hotel breakfasts – Great variety, delicious French Parisian pastry (what you NEED in Paris.) as well as fruit salad, cereals, jams and freshly baked cakes. Enjoy the pictures above & video below!

What I loved at the hotel:

-The corridors smelt of coconut (I love when hotels and boutiques have their own scent! Gives it an original twist)
-They leave you Godiva chocolates before bed. (They sure know how to win my heart… love Godiva!)
-Their bath products are by Hermes. (Did someone tell them a fashion girl is staying at the hotel…?)
-The breakfast (see above!)

Thank you for the great stay, Hotel Lumens Paris! If you’re heading to Paris anytime soon, worth checking out and staying in if you’d like to stay at a great boutique hotel in the perfect location!
