Mid Summer brings 3 items to mind – swimsuits, summer sandals and stand out pieces. On my wish list this summer…

Stand out pieces

-Lulwa al Amin X Tinker Tailor

When Aslaug Magnusdottir left Moda Operandi, I knew she was on to something bigger and better.. stay tuned on more information on this amazing new concept where you can customise designer pieces to YOUR needs – and come out with a bespoke piece. One of my favourite trunk shows at the moment is with London based Bahraini brand, Lulwa Al Amin – one of my favourite regional designers of the moment. I love her bold and quirky pieces. The brand have teamed up with Tinker Tailor for an 80’s inspired exclusive collection where you can customise to your required length and cut. I’ve already placed my order for the Face me dress!

Shop the collection on Tinkertailor.com

Footwear

-Evil Eye sandals

I’m obsessed over anything with evil eyes so there’s no doubt I need the Ancient Greek printed evil eye sandals & Loeffler Randall chic white ones. Perfect for the Summer!

-Birkenstock Arizona slippers

I’ve been going back and forth with those Arizona slippers! Whether or not they’re my cup of tea… If you’ve got narrow feet like mine, they make them look twice as wise but I can’t help thinking they’re so easy chic – what’s your verdict? Shop them on net-a-porter.com

The Carry alls

-Straw basket by Sensi Studio

A straw basket to throw all your beach beauty products and summer read is a must. I’m eyeing this straw basket by Sensi Studio available on matches.com

Swimsuits – Summer is really all about bikinis, chic one pieces and hot maillots!

-Marysia Swim

I’m all over US swimwear brand, Marysia at the moment. I love the classic shapes with a twist – their signature scalloped edges. Super cute & super chic. Go for an essential white, a chic nude, a classic black or a bright pink. Shop them here.

-Ola Couture Swimwear

I’ve recently come across Ola Couture swimwear by Ola Kashani (who’s originally from Syria!)- Sexy yet unique, one off swimwear that look like they’re off a miami swimwear catwalk, yet still easy to wear. I recently ordered a mystic chord bikini in black that I’m excited to wear on my Summer beach vacay. For more, click here
