I was recently in Munich, Germany for a special project with mytheresa.com, the global online etailer, who also have a brick and mortar store in Munich called THERESA. and considered one of the top three luxury stores in Germany. As it was my first time in Munich, let alone Germany – I didn’t know what to expect, and didn’t realize it would be a gorgeous green city, which reminded me of the city of Florence, with it’s own German charm. I also expected THERESA. to be chic and with top designers, but didn’t expect it to be huge with the latest pieces (they stock Celine in store, and had every style I’ve had my eye on.) So, before I go into detail about the project – If you’re ever visiting Munich, make sure to stop by and check out the boutique.

On to the project, Munich attracts a large range of Arabic visitors, so mytheresa.com invited me to come down to Munich, and work on styling their windows, the in store displays, and edit racks, with Myfashdiary’s logo on the windows in collaboration with Savoirflair.com (where I’m a contributing editor). Luckily, most of the stores feature brands that us Middle Eastern women love – Celine, Valentino, Balenciaga… to name a few. We worked on a modern Gatsby themed window, followed by Fall ’13 themes that worked with the culture – think bold colors, and interesting textures. I’ll let the pictures do all the talking, so check out what I was up to above.
