My Project with Jimmy Choo!
I am officially a Jimmy Choo Stylemaker.
Last month, I shared that I was shooting with one of my favorite and legendary brand. I can finally share… I was shooting with Jimmy Choo! I was approached by the brand a few months ago to star in their Choo:247 cruise campaign. Not only was it an honor to be approached by a brand I grew up with, I was following the footsteps of my style crushes and women I admire such as Caroline Issa and Natalie Joos. Jimmy Choo heads to Dubai with their successful Stylemakers campaign introducing Tala Samman, as the headline Stylemaker for Jimmy Choo’s Cruise 2013 collection on the ‘Choo24:7 Stylemaker’s’ microsite. This makes Dubai the 5th city worldwide to be showcased, and the 1st outside of the US and Europe.
Tala follows in the footsteps of previous headline Styelmakers – Caroline Issa of London, Jessica Joffe of New York (both for the Pre-Fall 2012 season) and Natalie Joos of Antwerp and Viviana Volpicella of Milan, who presented the Autumn Winter 2012-13 season.
Tala Samman is a contributing editor, consultant and founder of the style blog, Myfashdiary.com. Originally from Syria, Tala was born in Chicago and grew up in Dubai where she now lives. Tala has an eclectic style that effortlessly moves from casual and edgy to elegant and chic.
