Talk about a super trendy manicure for the season… The Snakeskin Manicure! When I was first told about the snakeskin manicure at Sisters Beauty Lounge from the Managing director, Sara – I didn’t know what to expect but was intrigued… That is why I made sure to book myself an appointment as soon as I was back in Dubai!

If you’re not a fan of snakeskin, stop reading now… the Manicure is made with real snakeskin – I decided to do one nail on each hand with black gel nailpolish on the rest of my nails. For two reasons… 1)I find it a little cooler, having one snakeskin nail against jet black nailpolish 2) It takes a while to get the snakeskin on your nail (It lasts for 2-3 weeks)

It took around 2 hours and a half to get my nails done, so you have to make sure you’ve planned this in advance before setting up your appointment. But after that, your nails look exactly the same with non-chipped nails for (let’s be fair…) two weeks. The nails looked super cool at the end, and can’t even count on my hand how many people LOVED them.
