During Ramadan, I was invited by Silkor to try out their Hydrating facial that was part of a Ramadan package. As I was fasting, I thought this would be a great way to feel hydrated, and also try out a relaxing treatment after a long and busy month! I am no skincare guru, but it is no secret that keeping hydrated is crucial if you would like to maintain great skin.

The Session starts with a consultation with a Dermatologist followed by the facial – Mine was with Manel, who was great (recommended!). The facial was an hour long, relaxing, I felt hydrated (I was actually fasting during that time) – The face was cleansed, moisturized, massaged, and included a great 10 min. mask. Hands down the best facial I’ve experienced!
My skin felt squeeky clean & so soft.

After Ramadan, skin is still likely to be dehydrated because of the fasting for a whole month so I recommend you pop in for a consultation asap. I personally would get this done regularly to make sure my skin isn’t any short of hydration because we are exposed to a ton of dirt, heat and pollution here in Dubai. Stay hydrated!
