1. Drink lots and lots of water at the beginning and at the end of the flight. So that also gives you a chance to have a snooze.

2. Wear a cotton jersey jumpsuit, that’s preferably loose fitting and not to difficult to get on and off in those small loos! Or I would also wear wide leg trousers with a tee and a long warm cardigan or cashmere wrap. What’s also really easy is a long jersey cotton racer-back dress or t-shirt dress.

3. I entertain myself mainly by listening to jazz or classical music to help me fall asleep! Or watch a comedy. Read, daydream or just sleep!
