It is always impressive to see Fashion designers expanding into beauty and actually doing it right. Armani is one of those very few… I was recently introduced to the Armani Prive Cuir Noir fragrance as it launched in Dubai. Cuir Noir, is the latest addition to Les Collections des Mille et une Nuits.  Personally, I am not the biggest fan of the Oud fragrance, but this has got to be my latest fragrance obsession for 2012. What I love about the fragrance is the mix of sandalwood and vanilla (two notes I love). The fragrance also has a dual scent and is long lasting – I end up smelling it on myself throughout the day and lastly, I adore how the bottle looks so luxurious, yet minimal and looks great on any beauty dresser!

This fragrance builds on Oud heritages and Arabic leather tanning traditions, taking you on a journey into the heart of an Arabian night. With notes of sandalwood, rose, oud and tahitian vanilla, Cuir Noir has truely reinvented the identity of Haute Perfumarie.

The fragrance is available exclusively in KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait & Qatar. The price is 950 AED for a 100 ml bottle.
