Ideal for… an Entrecôte crave
Restaurant name and location: Le Relais de l’Entrecôte in Downtown Dubai
Cuisine: French bistro and steakhouse
Atmosphere: Very casual and relaxed
What they say: Rare, medium or well done? These are the only decisions you need to make. The meal of walnut salad, sliced Steak / Frites dressed in its secret sauce, along with our large desert selection.
What to order:
It’s a single dish for the starter and main course, you only get to choose the dessert. The bread was freshly baked baguette and came with creamy French butter, the green salad with walnuts & mustard vinaigrette is possibly the best green salad you’d have, the steak was juicy, the sauce was on point and the fries with crispy.
For dessert, I recommend the light Raspberries delight, which is a bowl of raspberry sorbet, topped off with raspberries.
Service: Easy service, and the manager was incredibly sweet.
What I loved:
-It’s difficult to find a place that serves a good Entrecôte – which is the steak fries dish with the secret sauce.
-It’s a unique concept, so everyone should have entrecôte at least once in their life!
-The restaurant have original branches in Geneva, Hong Kong, Doha, Bahrain, and Kuwait to name a few.
-The place is open for lunch, dinner and in between!
What I didn’t love as much:
-Traffic in downtown always seems to be a nightmare!
