It’s no secret that Elie Saab is one of the best couturier’s of our time – not to mention one of the biggest talents to come out of the Middle East. That being said, I’ve been a fan of all his fragrances since the first launch. There’s something glamorous about them with a modern feel. The brand recently launched their new limited edition fragrance, ELIE SAAB Resort, which was inspired by his Spring/Summer couture collection (the changing reflections, azure oceans and a glamorous escape). The perfumer, Francis Kurkdijan composed the fragrance of the sea’s golden reflection, sunny beaches – something floral, solar and fruity. Notes include figs, orange blossom and white Jasmine, which makes it the perfect Summer fragrance. The fragrance gives a nostalgic feel of my summers in Cannes, the south of France – from the waters, sand to the glamour on the Croisette (the main strip)
