This week, we speak to Roberta Benteler,Founder and Managing Director of Avenue 32 about her beauty routine, her love for Jo Malone, Kerastase and her beauty addresses.

-Beauty products I swear by

I love Dermalogica products, especially the ultra-calming serum and the skin hydrating mask. I also love Kiehl’s Lavender relaxing bath and Jo Malone’s Orange Blossom Body Cream.

 

-What’s in my make up bag 

Bare Minerals foundation and Concealer, Chanel bronzer, Chantecaille Faux Cils Mascara, YSL Touche Eclat, Bobby Brown Brow Kit, Mac Make up brushes, Mac Creamcup Lipstick from the Creamsheen range, YSL Shocking liquid eyeliner

 

-Vitamin supplements

Omega 3, Magnesium and Vitamin D

 

-Perfect detox juice mix

Anything with Ginger

 

-Favorite healthy dish

I love just a grilled Sea Bass with some Rosemary, Lemon and Sea Salt and grilled vegetables or Spinach

 

-Facialist/Dermatologist

I swear by my facialist Jaqueline Parker who works with Environ and Dermalogica products and has literally transformed my skin. She is also amazing at eyebrow shaping and tinting etc.

-Fitness routine

I run or go to the gym at least 3 times a week and also keep a horse in Richmond Park which I try and ride at least 3 times a week

 

-Skin/Body treatments 

I love having my facial and eyebrows done with Jaqueline. I also love a good deep tissue massage when I have time and Manicure/Pedicure at Marcella’s Nails on Holland Road W8

 

-Hair Miracle

I swear by Kerastase Bain de Force range. I colour my hair regularly and Kerastase definitely works best for me. I try and do a hair mask (Age recharge) at least once a week as well.
