Chic Stay: Rosewood Hotel Abu Dhabi

Comments Subcategorized in:

Ideal for… Quality, quality service and an ultra comfortable stay right next to The Galleria, Cleveland Clinic and Zuma.

What: Rosewood Hotel Abu Dhabi

Where: Al Maryah Island, by Galleria, Zuma and cleveland clinic in Al Sowwah square

The Rooms: I stayed in an Executive suite – which was incredibly spacious, modern sleek style with a panoramic sea view – heaven on earth.

The Bed: A comfy 8/10!

The Toilets: Spacious, with everything you need (except for the fact that I couldn’t find cotton swabs). The toiletries were by Fine fragrance brand, Roja Parfums (everything from the shampoo, conditioner to the body products)

The Breakfast: Hands down, one of the best hotel breakfasts. On the same floor of the pool, they have everything from Syrian Macdous, Berries, Egg bar, Pancakes, French Toast, Turkey Bacon, Steak, Almond croissants to foul.

The Food (restaurants & bars): They definitely have a wide range of restaurants for a hotel. They have Sambusek, a lebanese one. Spice Mela, a super popular Pan-Indian, Catalan, a Spanish Catalonian, a Hidden bar and their AMAZING Friday Brunch at Aqua! Quality food and great staff… a mix of Italian, burger bar, spanish, arabic, sushi cuisines and eggs (and it’s one of those places that do everything right rather than a total mix up.) The dessert selection definitely didn’t disappoint either with a range of Crepes, souffle bar, churros, fruits and Baskin Robbins ice-cream.

Minibar: Nuts, Haribo bears, Chocolate chip cookies, and Ferrero Rocher chocolate.

Pool, Spa & Gym: The hotel has a spa called the Sense Spa which they have in all their Rosewood branches – I was hoping to try one of their Sense journey treatments but sadly I was tight on time.

Price: Rooms can start from AED500 -The Executive suite was AED2,100/night

Extra points:

-Each suite gets their own Butler service – super on point.

-The views are unreal – mine was a Panoramic sea view.

-I loved the fact that they had take away coffee cups at Breakfast and Brunch.

-The internet was paid, which I found slightly odd being a luxury hotel.

-The room had a great range of Fashion books and a Nespresso machine.
