What they say: Pure Sky Lounge is a chic and modern lounge, bar and restaurant located on the 35th floor of Hilton Dubai The Walk Hotel, in Al Bahar, JBR. With indoor and outdoor seating areas Pure offers a bird’s eye views over the beach, sea and the Palm Jumeirah.
What to order:
-Burratta with truffle
-Teriyaki wagyu beef and potato foam and Truffle butter (I love the idea of the light potato foam, so you don’t feel like it’s a heavy dish, but simply delicious.)
-Sauteed broccoli
Service: Great – We were taken care of all night and the manager checked up on us through out the night. They were super sweet too!
What I loved:
-The beautiful view from the 35th floor
-Girls night on tuesdays
-Great dinner and drinks suggestion in the JBR area
-Delicious drinks including the Maverick Martini!
What I didn’t love as much:
-Desserts need up-ing their game.
-JBR traffic on weekend evenings are a nightmare.
