This week, Leila Yavari – Fashion Director at Stylebop.com shares her beauty routine, her love for yoga, and how she pampers herself.

My Beauty Routine
My beauty routine consists of wash/tone/moisturizer twice a day, exfoliate twice a week, and a La Mer Hydrating Mask twice a month. I do a Brazilian blow-out every six months and try to get a facial once a month. I use SPF everyday, drink lots of water and do my best to stay away from refined sugar.

-Beauty products I swear by
Kanebo Cellular Lip Performance; Mason Pearson Hair Brush, Aquage Texturizing Sea Salt Spray, The Beautiful Mind Series Vol. 1 Perfume

-What’s in my make up bag
YSL Vernis Rouge, Laura Mercier Universal Loose Powder, Dior Bronze Original Tan Powder, Tarte Blush in Blissful, Christian Dior Diorshow Mascara, Chanel Perfection Lumiere Foundation.

-Vitamin supplements
Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Rose Hip

-Perfect detox juice mix
A berry mix with aloe vera juice, lemon and flaxseed.

-Favorite healthy dish
Avocado slices over sprouted grain bread with lemon and a dash of salt and pepper.

-Facialist/Dermatologist
I adore Luba at Ma Maison de Beaute in Los Angeles for her “less is more” philosophy.

-Fitness routine
I do Hatha Yoga 3 days a week with a personal yoga instructor. I find that the combination of stretching, meditating and aerobics creates a wonderful balance between mind and body.

-Skin/Body treatments
My favorites treatments are the salt body scrubs at the Librisa Spa at the Mount Nelson Hotel in Cape Town, Thai Massages at Aiyasha Spa in Munich, and for facials, I love Anne Semonin in Paris.

-Key to feeling beautiful?

Smile, aim for health, and surround yourself with supportive, loving people. The occasional mani/pedi and facial doesn’t hurt either – because it means you’re taking time out to treat yourself, which makes you feel good
