Beauty products you swear by

I swear by Rene Furterer spray (Fioravanti). Shu Uemura oil, and for shampoo and conditioner anything color treated that is professional (Rene Furterer, Davines, Loreal professional, Shu Umera). All products work differently on people’s hair so it just depends.

What’s in your make up bag

Beauty products – im not a huge makeup person but these are a few oft necessities: Obagi skin care, Mac bronzer (refined golden), Cle de Peau concealer, Mac studio fix,  By Terry mascara, Bobbi Brown Lipgloss and Pedal and as far as lip liner I use Molton Brown (fatal attraction).

Vitamin supplements you take

Berocca, fish oil, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin E.

Perfect detox juice mix

Kale, beets, ginger, green apple, spinach, and lemon. 4 days a week.

Favorite healthy dish

For the most part fish, organic chicken and salads. Occasional steak.

Facialist/Dermatologist

Facial – Christina Radu/ Dermatologist – Dr. Obagi

Fitness routine

6 days a week, one hour cardio, three of the six consist of swimming, hiking, or yoga.

Skin/Body treatments you love

Massage at The Four Season hotel, Beverly hot springs, Body scrub/body care, and manicure/pedicure.

Hair Miracle

The L’Oreal Fiberceutic treatment is good every 6 weeks; as it has protein, and gives the hair shine and makes the color last longer.

Signature fragrance

Creed Vetiver
