This evening, I hosted a Fashion themed Flybarre class, where I invited my readers to join me and try out my latest obsession, Flybarre – which is a barre based workout with great music. The class was taught by the amazing Shay Kostabi, who is leaving back to NYC in a few hours as I type this… (Shay, you & Kara must come back soon!) It was great fun, fab music, and thank you to all the lovely ladies who attended, you were great!

The room had spring/summer ’13 inspiration posted on the mirrors, Karl Lagerfeld’s picture on the mat (we had to kiss Karl whilst doing push ups.) and we all got to leave with a great workout and a limited edition DVF for Evian bottle (Thank you EVIAN!)
