After having a crazy and stressful few weeks, I had to pamper myself. I have been a huge fan of Cowshed’s products whilst living in London for four years but never even knew they also have their own treatments. Less than a year ago, one of my favorite salons in Dubai – Sisters beauty Lounge brought in Cowshed treatments and even have a cowshed treatment room in their Dubai Mall branch.

On to the treatment, After I arrived and filled out a consultation form– I was taken to the Cowshed treatment room, which was branded with Cowshed and had their products all around. A baby cow toy and a basket of cowshed oils were on the bed for me to choose… My dilemma was between Knackered & Lazy as I felt both moods.. but ended up going for knackered. The treatment was a full body massage, and my therapist was great about catering to all my body/muscle needs. I always know I’ve enjoyed it when I end up forgetting everything I was thinking about & start blanking about, and waking up through out. Post massage, I felt so relaxed… I knew I was ready for the weekend.

Recommended therapist: Mary Anne. This lady was amazing. She threw in some reflexology, sorted my shoulder knots and stretched all my muscles. love it.

About the brand:

A quintessentially English brand, when Cowshed launched in 1998 it was one
of the first to specialise in the use of plants and their oils, proteins, essential
fatty acids and vitamins. First developed for use in the original Cowshed spa
and guest rooms at Babington House, Somerset, Cowshed (named after the
building’s former occupants) is now available in each of the Soho House Group’s
venues as well as Cowshed’s 7 stand-alone spas worldwide, online and many
other retailers across the UK and overseas.
