Maria’s Italian Kitchen
There aren’t many Italian restaurants I love… They need to take Italian home cooked food to the next level to be considered amazing. When I was in LA, I visited Maria’s Kitchen which was not only delicious, super cosy too! I also had the chance to meet the owner, Maddy and listen to her inspiring story (her family ran Italian restaurants where she worked at whilst growing up but never thought she wanted to work in the restaurant business till later on in life.)

Corazonas Food oatmeal squares
I can’t remember how many of those oatmeal squares I indulged in and even brought some back with me. Flavors I liked were Chocolate brownie & Almonds and chocolate chip (yum!) So good, chewy and melt in your mouth. To top it off, great to lower cholesterol.  If you’re in California, do pick some up and take some back for me (joking! or am I?)

Lucky Strike
Never knew I was good at bowling and couldn’t remember the last time I bowled but damn, I did good. If you’re in LA and looking for a fun night out with friends – It’s a bowling bar with music, and a cool retro vibe!

Pressed Juicery
If I had to choose one of my favorite things about LA is the fact that people there live a super healthy life. They have some fab health conscious cafes, organic restaurants, Juice bars, and fab fitness studios. I generally love juices but this is one to talk about. Pressed Juicery sell fresh bottled juices that are pressed filled with delicious fruits and vegetables. My favorite would have to be the ‘Detox 2’ – Fresh & refreshing which includes Pineapple, mint and apple. Oh, what I would do for Pressed to open in Dubai!

Satine Boutique
I must admit – finding really great boutiques in LA for super chic clothes is not as easy as you think…. One of my favorite boutiques in LA. A great buy edit and they stock great upcoming brands as well as Isabel Marant, Suno and British brands (they also stock their own brand, Satine that is great)

TenOverSix boutique
Another fab boutique – This one is situated on Melrose Avenue. Great upcoming brands, and well edited accessories and shoes. I love the interiors and the merchandising of the store. They stock Pamela Love, Philip Lim, to Malin + Goetz 🙂

Kitson in Santa Monica
My favorite Kitson ever! This one is HUGE and I am obsessed with their gift floor on the ground floor – could spend hours there!

The Ivy
This place is my favorite place to lunch on a sunny day. Beautiful atmosphere, great crowd and delicious food! Never been there without spotting a celeb too…

Peanut Butter at PinkBerry
If you’re in LA, don’t leave without stopping and getting some Peanut Butter fro yo. Please bring it to Pinkberry Dubai. It tastes like pure peanut butter icecream YUM.

-In N Out burger
Because you never leave LA without getting your fast food fix from the best LA burger joint!
