When traveling I always make sure to do the following:
-I drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. I moisturize at least two times per day using Cellular Laboratories De-Aging Day crème. Sunscreen is a must. I always apply sunscreen regardless of where I am traveling. I use Cellular Laboratories De-Aging Sunscreen. I also do not miss a day without taking Isotonix OPC-3 first thing in the morning.
-My travel style tips depend on the situation. If I’m traveling on a vacation, I like to wear lounge pants, a comfortable top or hoodie, flip flops or Uggs and my sunglasses. If I’m traveling for business, I will wear a long dress, flip flops, sunglasses or lounge pants and change on the plane prior to arriving. The most important accessory that I wear is a gold necklace that I’ve carried around for years. The necklace has a photo of my daughter and me and I always have to wear it while I fly. It’s something superstitious and brings me good luck so when I’m flying without her I know I will land safely to see her.
-When traveling I love playing games like Scrabble on my iPad, read magazines, shop online, respond to my emails for work. Occasionally I will even catch up on some sleep.
