a little Background-
Born and bred in Hackney, East London, Georgia Rose Fairman is a 23 years old artist. Obsessed with the anatomy of the human body, she started with painting miniatures of Lucian Freud’s nudes, knitted giant articulated skeletons, and hand stitched human anatomy quilts. She recently found herself a new playground: Nails. Tired of the poor quality on offer in the Dalston nails salons, she decided to do her own, practicing on her nails and on her friends’. Starting out with simple patterns, she developed her skill to the point of painting entire landscapes and portraits. Her ‘War Leaders’ and ‘Fashion Designers’ sets have been featured in Vogue UK and Vice Magazine.
